ROOFLESS LOVE

Social Services Consulting, Training, and Clinical Supervision

with a Person Centered, Peer Informed approach

  • Are you trying to make a change at your organization? Need to shift the culture, build a strategic plan, or improve logistics and the ethical use of data? I provide a suite of progressive services to match your needs.

I have launched teams, re-organized divisions, and implemented suites of best practices for social services orgs.

  • Looking to build knowledge around Harm Reduction, Person-Centered care, Stigma, Purpose-Driven Teams, or another topic? I’ve been training locally and nationally for nearly a decade on these topics and would be happy to assess your needs and customize a solution for you.

A sample of where I’ve trained:

    NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital System (2023-2024)

    New York State OMH (2024)

    Care for the Homeless (2020-2024)

    Community Access (2017 - 2023)

    The ACT Institute (2020)

    Mt. Sinai: Project Reach (2020)

    DHS Shelters (multiple, 2019-2020)

    NYAPRS Annual Conference (2019)

    Alternatives Conference (2017, 2018)

  • Feeling stuck with your current approach? Concerned that you or your staff are defaulting to the medical model, when you really want to provide person-centered care? I specialize in supporting individuals and groups in building “clinical” capacity - which starts with an understanding of yourself, and what you bring into the room.

I have been providing individual and group clinical supervision since 2020 and hold both New York State LMHC and CASAC.

I also design and implement clinical supervision structures for organizations.

Jay Stevens, LMHC, MBA, CASAC, ADS

Hi, I’m Jay. I support non-profits and other orgs in building person-centered capacity with their staff and structures.

I also provide clinical supervision to individuals and groups (in NYS) using a Harm Reductionist lens.

If you are trying to combat burnout, compassion fatigue, low morale, and the status quo - I can help y’all.

And I don’t just work with organizations. I work with individual providers as well.

Through his influence, I saw stronger team culture, better client outcomes, and more self-aware, supported staff.
